Watch and Win: Selkirk Kansas City Open Giveaway Terms and Conditions
1. Giveaway Period
The Watch and Win: Selkirk Kansas City Open Giveaway ("Giveaway") will begin on August 7, 2024, at 12:00 AM (CST) and end on August 11, 2024, at 11:59 PM (CST) ("Giveaway Period"). All entries must be received during the Giveaway Period to be eligible.
2. Eligibility
The Giveaway is open to individuals who are legal residents of the United States and are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of Selkirk Sport, and their immediate family members and those living in the same household, are not eligible to participate.
3. How to Enter
To enter the Giveaway, participants must sign up via the Shopify landing page hosted on selkirk.com and follow the instructions for downloading the SelkirkTV App. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not increase the chances of winning.
4. Sponsor
The Giveaway is sponsored by Selkirk Sport ("Sponsor"), located at 181 W Aqua Ave., Coeur d'Alene, ID 83815. The Giveaway will be hosted on selkirk.com through a Shopify landing page and promoted on selkirk.com.
5. Winner Selection and Notification
Five (5) winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. Winners will be chosen at random. To be eligible, entrants must have the correct source parameter.
The winners will be notified via the contact information provided at the time of entry. Winners must respond to the notification within 72 hours to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond within the specified time, they forfeit the prize, and an alternate winner will be selected.
6. Prize
Each of the five (5) winners will receive the following prize package:
- One (1) Core Line Team Backpack
- One (1) 12-pack of Pro S1 Pickleballs
Prizes will be sent by Selkirk Sport to the winners' provided addresses. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except at Selkirk Sport's discretion. The prize is non-transferable. Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of the winner.
7. Privacy
By participating in the Giveaway, entrants agree to the collection and use of their information by Selkirk Sport for the purposes of administering the Giveaway and for future marketing and promotional communications in accordance with Selkirk Sport's Privacy Policy.
8. General Conditions
Selkirk Sport reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Giveaway should any virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond Selkirk Sport's control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Giveaway. In such a case, Selkirk Sport may select the winners from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by Selkirk Sport. Selkirk Sport reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Giveaway or website or violates these Terms and Conditions.
9. Limitation of Liability
By entering, You agree to release and hold harmless Selkirk Sport and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from (i) such entrant’s participation in the Giveaway and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof, (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunctioning of any computer, cable, network, hardware, or software, (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions or telephone or Internet service, (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Giveaway, and (v) electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the Giveaway or the processing of entries.
10. Disputes
This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the United States and the State of [Your State], without respect to conflict of law doctrines.
