How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping via FedEx Ground takes approximately 5-7 days for delivery. For expedited shipping, there's a 1-2 business day processing time before it ships. Orders placed over the weekend will ship the following Tuesday. Note that processing and shipping times may vary during product launches, high-volume periods, and holidays and are not guaranteed.
What are my options for expedited shipping?
To optimize the customer experience according to individual needs, we offer expedited shipping through various carriers, selectable at checkout. Estimated shipping times, provided by carriers, are not guaranteed, and consequently, we cannot refund shipping charges if orders do not arrive within the estimated timeframe.
It's important to note that expedited shipping does not bypass the standard processing time required to ship an order. Please be aware that FedEx Express services, such as FedEx 2-day and FedEx Overnight, do not deliver on weekends or holidays.
US Return Policy
Unused items with original tags can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of being received. We will refund the original payment method. Returns showing wear or lacking tags will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. Please unbox products carefully to avoid damage.
International Return Policy
All items with original tags that have not been used, or altered can be returned for a full refund to the original method of payment or exchanged within 30 days of receiving your order. International customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please note that refunds are issued in the currency the order was originally placed in, regardless of fluctuations in exchange rate.

Fantastic net for serious players
Super high quality net worth paying the big bucks. It is easy to move the net if we are playing basketball. Assembly instructions are excellent, but took about 3 hours to assemble to do so.

Great net, but needs some small tweaks.
We have had this net for a couple of weeks now on our outdoor court. Everyone that has played on it has really enjoyed this net just as much as the permanent nets at the city parks. The net cord stays tight and doesn’t allow top spin drives to just plow through like it does on other portable nets. The net is very heavy and has had no issue when thunderstorms have rolled through our area.
The net will take longer than the 45 minutes selkirk says it takes to assemble. In our case the net was drop shipped from CRTC, a great company. The packaging was good, but needs a couple of small changes. A smaller piece was lost in transit, partially due to FedEx’s handling of the package.
Changes I would recommend:
1. When the item is packaged for shipping make sure to tape the tube that the poles come in. We lost one of the tension post tops because it came out and the main box tore.
2. Use components that won’t rust on the entire net. At $2700 this isn’t a small investment and some will leave this net outdoors most of the year.
3. A better sticker for the logo should be used. In the small time we have had the net, the sticker on one side is already starting to peel.
4. Optional, but a cover would be a nice option. Again at this price point having a way to protect it would be great.

Can't beat price/quality
Imy group and I just used this net for the first time and we were all pleasantly surprised by how easy to set up and how beautiful it looked. No problems. What a steal!
