Length

I bought the 20mm tape thinking it would fit my paddle (Selkirk Invicta Power Air). Turns out the length of each strip is so short it would take three of the strips end to end to cover the entire paddle edge. If you are just going to put it on the end of the paddle for edge protection the length would be fine. If you want a continuous strip that protects all edges and covers lead or tungsten strips for additional weight it will take all three. With the edge guard tape I have been using (trimmed to fit the paddle width) I can get three strips for around the same price, but I does not have the pretty Selkirk name on it.

Protects the most vulnerable areas.

I scuffed the top edge of my Power Air Invikta and was very concerned about the long term risks for my new paddle. Selkirk recommended this edge tape. In essence, it wraps around the top half of the paddle. This works fine for me as I was concerned about the top along with the top left and right edges. This covers those areas. My paddle, like this tape is black and white. It is unobtrusive functionally as well as aesthetically.

Works Great!

I have a Selkirk Project 3 Edgeless paddle with lead tape on it. I used the wide tape to cover everything up and get a nice clean look. It does a good job of protecting the edges and protecting the paddle. It covers half of the paddle, which is the only part you scrape? I think it works great!
