Is completing the survey required to redeem the discounted apparel items?

Yes. The survey should take you less than 2-minutes to complete and will show up in the cart slideout once an apparel item has been added to cart. Answer 5-6 simple questions and then you can check out with the discount automatically applied.

I took the survey via email and still see a survey in my cart; what do I do?

Simply click the “login” icon in the top right hand corner of the Selkirk.com website and login with the email address you used to take the survey. Otherwise, the fastest solution is to simply answer the questions in the cart the same way you answered them via email to unlock the discount.

Can I use an existing discount code on top of the discounted apparel items?

Yes, you will still be presented with an option to apply a discount code at checkout

Can I use existing Bonus Bucks in addition to the discounted apparel items?

Yes, you can apply Bonus Bucks to your order at checkout. Note: You must login to the account where Bonus Bucks have been granted to use them on your order. Use the email address you provided during the survey or the email address where historical Bonus Bucks were provided.
