How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping via FedEx Ground takes approximately 5-7 days for delivery. For expedited shipping, there's a 1-2 business day processing time before it ships. Orders placed over the weekend will ship the following Tuesday. Please note that during product launches, high-volume periods, and holidays, processing and shipping times are not guaranteed and will likely be extended due to increased order volume.
What are my options for expedited shipping?
To optimize the customer experience according to individual needs, we offer expedited shipping through various carriers, selectable at checkout. Estimated shipping times, provided by carriers, are not guaranteed, and consequently, we cannot refund shipping charges if orders do not arrive within the estimated timeframe.
It's important to note that expedited shipping does not bypass the standard processing time required to ship an order. Please be aware that FedEx Express services, such as FedEx 2-day and FedEx Overnight, do not deliver on weekends or holidays.
US Return Policy
Unused items with original tags can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of being received. We will refund the original payment method. Returns showing wear or lacking tags will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. Please unbox products carefully to avoid damage.
International Return Policy
All items with original tags that have not been used, or altered can be returned for a full refund to the original method of payment or exchanged within 30 days of receiving your order. International customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. The bag has plenty of room. But if you put the shoes in the bottom your paddles inside might come out a little long to cover the top. The top cover zipper is hard to close the zip

I purchased after Xmas since the price was right in line with I was looking at. However, after trying it for a few weeks I was disappointed and returned it. First, as a senior my priority was to find a bag with zippers that would not break and be easy to open/close. I purchased this new version of bag based on reviews which indicted the zipper was much better than the old version. However, the top zipper on this bag was very difficult to open/close. Also, the shoe compartment was very small and barely fit my 8.5 shoe size. The side pockets where worthless for holding any kind of large water bottle (they always fell out) and the inside packets where too tight and difficult to get things in or out. Overall, the size was right but the functionality missed the mark.

I didn’t not choose this bag. I did not like the color. It is tan not beige or white. The “pockets” on the side did not hold my water bottle. It kept falling out. The size is medium. It is a nice medium size. I want my balls on the outside. I appreciated its versatility to have my paddle on the outside but mine never is. Great pockets on the inside. Just like the other bags Selkirk makes. It is nice bag. Just not for me. It has all the wonderful features the other bags have just didn’t like the color “white” and the “pockets” on the outside. Size is nice.
