Ivan Lendl is a legend in tennis, as a former World No. 1, eight-time Grand Slam Champion, and Hall of Famer. Throughout his tennis career, Lendl won 94 singles titles and held the World No. 1 spot for 270 weeks. After retiring from professional tennis, Lendl was a coach to high-level pro players, including Andy Murray. Lendl is credited with helping Murray reach his former World No. 1 ranking and three Grand Slam titles.

In 2022, Lendl tested his hand at pickleball after his daughter recommended he give it a try. He has been playing ever since and competes frequently in local 5.0 40+ tournaments in the Florida area. Lendl's pickleball paddle of choice is the Vanguard Control Invikta.
