How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping via FedEx Ground takes approximately 5-7 days for delivery. For expedited shipping, there's a 1-2 business day processing time before it ships. Orders placed over the weekend will ship the following Tuesday. Note that processing and shipping times may vary during product launches, high-volume periods, and holidays and are not guaranteed.
What are my options for expedited shipping?
To optimize the customer experience according to individual needs, we offer expedited shipping through various carriers, selectable at checkout. Estimated shipping times, provided by carriers, are not guaranteed, and consequently, we cannot refund shipping charges if orders do not arrive within the estimated timeframe.
It's important to note that expedited shipping does not bypass the standard processing time required to ship an order. Please be aware that FedEx Express services, such as FedEx 2-day and FedEx Overnight, do not deliver on weekends or holidays.
US Return Policy
Unused items with original tags can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of being received. We will refund the original payment method. Returns showing wear or lacking tags will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. Please unbox products carefully to avoid damage.
International Return Policy
All items with original tags that have not been used, or altered can be returned for a full refund to the original method of payment or exchanged within 30 days of receiving your order. International customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please note that refunds are issued in the currency the order was originally placed in, regardless of fluctuations in exchange rate.
I’ve gone through many gloves until I got to the Selkirk glove. The leather is unmatched. The sweat does not bleed through the glove. It stays dry my whole day of Pickleball.
Smaller then excepted
Love it. Bought two. One for a friend with petite hands, and one for me, who has relatively large hands. Fit well on BOTH of us. Absorbs sweat well; dries nicely, not all hard and shriveled. Seems like it will last, but have used only about 5 times so far.
Good fit. Long lasting. Helps hold the paddle with sweaty hands.
While I've used an assortment of gloves over the years, including one other from Selkirk, this Coolskin seems to mean what it's named, while all the while maintaining its grip on the paddle. It is easy to make adjustments, too. All in all, an excellent glove.
