How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping via FedEx Ground takes approximately 5-7 days for delivery. For expedited shipping, there's a 1-2 business day processing time before orders ship. Orders placed over the weekend will ship the following Tuesday. Note that processing and shipping times may vary during product launches, high-volume periods, and holidays and are not guaranteed.
What are my options for expedited shipping?
To optimize the customer experience according to individual needs, we offer expedited shipping through various carriers, selectable at checkout. Estimated shipping times, provided by carriers, are not guaranteed, and consequently, we cannot refund shipping charges if orders do not arrive within the estimated timeframe.
It's important to note that expedited shipping does not bypass the standard processing time required to ship an order. Please be aware that FedEx Express services, such as FedEx 2-day and FedEx Overnight, do not deliver on weekends or holidays.
US Return Policy
We want you to love your paddle! We offer a 30-day hassle-free return/exchange policy. Simply buy the paddle you're interested in, play with it for 30 days. If it doesn't work for your game, return it for a full refund or exchange it for a different one. Plus, Selkirk covers standard shipping both ways. We’ve taken the risk out of purchasing a new paddle.
International Return Policy
We want our international (outside the US) customers to love their paddle as well! We offer the same 30-day hassle-free return/exchange policy with the exception of the free shipping. Simply buy the paddle you're interested in, play with it for 30 days. If it doesn't work for your game, return it for a full refund or exchange it for a different one. Selkirk is more than happy to extend this offer, however we are not able to cover the associated shipping costs for international orders.

This is by far the best power paddle I’ve used. It’s lightweight and the ball will “pop” when returning, drives, and even resets. This is a fantastic paddle once you adjust to the power. Add a little more weight to the handle and this becomes one of the best all around paddles to use.
Honestly speaking the Vanguard power air is a must for power players.

Exactly what I was expecting from Selkirk. Confident power and control built into the paddle, ready to be unleashed at the appropriate times.
I didn't know this paddle existed and bought the lux about 4 weeks before. the catalog that came with it provided the wide range of Paddles Selkirk offers and their specific distinctions. I need more power without swinging harder (shoulder irritation) and this seems to fit the bill nicely. it has taken a short bit to get used to the new touch, but it is happening quickly (moving on to the 4th usage tomorrow. I will say, I like the handle on the lux a little better.
The paddle is lighter than what I expected and lighter than I'm accustomed to.
Not sure I'm experiencing the added power that was expected.
