Warranty, Shipping & Returns
Warranty
Design Studio paddles are covered by Selkirk's standard limited lifetime paddle warranty for manufacturing defects. If a warranty replacement is approved, it is fulfilled with a current standard-production paddle in available retail colors — not a remake of your custom design, artwork, or colorway.
Shipping
Orders are made to order. Choose standard or express shipping in the designer — your shipping cost is calculated with your order and included in the price you see, so there is no separate shipping charge at checkout. After checkout and design review, paddles are built and shipped in approximately 40–60 days. Carrier delivery estimates after ship are not guaranteed.
Returns
Design Studio paddles are custom-built for your order and are not eligible for return or exchange. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact customer support.

What artwork files do you accept?
For Design Studio orders, vector files (SVG, AI, EPS, PDF) are preferred and high-resolution PNGs are accepted. Custom Design Partnership projects are vector only. Our design team reviews every order for production, placement, and contrast issues before it moves forward.
How long does a custom order take?
Design Studio orders deliver in 40–60 days, and a rush option is available for a fee that brings delivery to 20–40 days. Your exact dates are confirmed with your design review.
What happens after I place my order?
Checkout happens entirely online — no call required. Our design team reviews your artwork for production, placement, and contrast before anything is built, and follows up if a file needs a change. Once your design is cleared, your paddles go into production and ship inside your delivery window.
