Limited 1-Year Warranty

SLK pickleball paddles are guaranteed against workmanship and manufacturing defects for a period of one year from the original date of purchase. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable to anyone beyond the original purchaser.

What's Covered and What's Not

Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship are covered for 1 year from the date of purchase. Normal wear and tear, damage caused by hits to the ground, abuse, negligence or user modification, as well as natural breakdown or fading of graphics over extended use are not covered.

Miscellaneous

This warranty is available for SLK pickleball paddles in the United States only. SLK holds the sole discretion to determine whether a damaged paddle is covered under our limited warranty. SLK has the sole discretion to determine whether to replace or repair a paddle covered under our limited warranty. SLK has the sole discretion on replacement paddles when the original paddle has been discontinued. Replacement paddles will not carry any similar warranty.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping via FedEx Ground takes approximately 5-7 days for delivery. For expedited shipping, there's a 1-2 business day processing time before orders ship. Orders placed over the weekend will ship the following Tuesday. Please note that during product launches, high-volume periods, and holidays, processing and shipping times are not guaranteed and will likely be extended due to increased order volume.

What are my options for expedited shipping?
To optimize the customer experience according to individual needs, we offer expedited shipping through various carriers, selectable at checkout. Estimated shipping times, provided by carriers, are not guaranteed, and consequently, we cannot refund shipping charges if orders do not arrive within the estimated timeframe.
It's important to note that expedited shipping does not bypass the standard processing time required to ship an order. Please be aware that FedEx Express services, such as FedEx 2-day and FedEx Overnight, do not deliver on weekends or holidays.

US Return Policy
We want you to love your paddle! We offer a 30-day hassle-free return/exchange policy. Simply buy the paddle you're interested in, play with it for 30 days. If it doesn't work for your game, return it for a full refund or exchange it for a different one. Plus, Selkirk covers standard shipping both ways. We’ve taken the risk out of purchasing a new paddle.

International Return Policy
We want our international (outside the US) customers to love their paddle as well! We offer the same 30-day hassle-free return/exchange policy with the exception of the free shipping. Simply buy the paddle you're interested in, play with it for 30 days. If it doesn't work for your game, return it for a full refund or exchange it for a different one. Selkirk is more than happy to extend this offer, however we are not able to cover the associated shipping costs for international orders.

*Clear signs of abuse would disqualify products from being eligible for return. Evidence of play, however, is not considered abuse, so feel free to play away!

If thinking of ordering, STOP thinking and BUY
I was on the fence for a month thinking of buying this, I'm a Halo XL the last two paddles and was ready to purchase the new Halo XL in pink, I read every review on this paddle on every website and finally purchased on Amazon on Thanksgiving I paid $89 for the Black Friday deal, played 4 times already with it and let me just say my game has greatly improved, my friends can't say enough about my fast hands at the Kitchen, buy this paddle!!!I plan on buying another after Christmas as a backup.

SLK Omega Hybrid Air - Max - Oasis
This paddle is pretty cool, I like the color, but since it’s an edgeless paddle, it can be very easy to scratch, should add the edge tape to avoid it.

The best
New to pickle, over the past 2-3 months. Played with your run of the mill 2-pack paddle. Upgraded to this bad boy…and let me tell you, it is epic!
I’m a newb, but love it. No idea about what type of fancy features you’re looking for but…it is light, slaps hard, moves fast through the air.
Longer handle might take a little bit to get used to but overall I feel like I will play even better with this puppy.
