Selkirk Labs Nets (Semi-Permanent 001 Pro) comes with a 5-year parts, frame, and net warranty that begins on the date of purchase. SLK Nets (Prime Portable, Prime Portable with Wheels, and Pro Portable) all come with a 90-day warranty that covers manufacturing defects only. How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping via FedEx Ground takes approximately 5-7 days for delivery. For expedited shipping, there's a 1-2 business day processing time before it ships. Orders placed over the weekend will ship the following Tuesday. Please note that during product launches, high-volume periods, and holidays, processing and shipping times are not guaranteed and will likely be extended due to increased order volume.

so far, great experience
Purchased a portable pickleball net. They actually emailed to verify purchase. I was out of state, and the IP address didn't match the shipping location. I appreciated their effort to minimize fraud. They were very easy to reach, and the shipment arrived with no problems. I'm very pleased with the product so far, but to be honest, it hasn't been long enough to give it a fair test. I bought it based on its reputation with the pickleball groups online, so I'm not expecting any issues.

Terrific product and support
Recently purchased a Semi-Permanent Pro Pickleball Net System and it was fairly easy to assemble (especially if you watch the YouTube video). The tension was tricky and I may have over done it but looked fine. The next day the net cable had parted and was irreparable. The Selkirk team were quickly on it and sent me a completely new net. It was due to arrive by ground and would have messed up a big gathering I was having that weekend (to play PB). They again responded to my issue and immediately sent me another net on FedEx two day and the weekend fun went ahead as planned. Since then the net has been perfect and I sent the other two back with the prepackage box they gave me. Absolutely terrific customer service! Strongly recommend Selkirk products!

Best Net Out There!
After about 18 months playing with probably the best portable net at my home court, I went looking for a more permanent one. Did my research on the options out there and went with the Selkirk Semi-Permanent Net. It's been a fantastic choice and there have only been compliments from others. It's solid and the most important thing is a solid "tape". It plays extremely fair (tight) and there is no bunching unlike some of the other nets in the price range. Additionally, the net has held its proper height without any tweaks for the last 2 months. Balls can roll easily to the other team under the bottom bar. No complaints! Took probably 3 hours to setup with some help from my son, but it's totally worth the investment.

Fantastic net
After a couple years of using the best portable net at my home court, I made the leap to upgrade to a more permanent net. Did my research of the options out there (played on several of them) and picked the Selkirk.. It’s an amazing net. The tape is so true with no bunching. Easy to roll balls under the bottom support to the other side. Keeps its height at the middle and sides so no need to adjust. The set up took a few hours with me and my son, but it says worthwhile investment.
