How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping via FedEx Ground takes approximately 5-7 days for delivery. For expedited shipping, there's a 1-2 business day processing time before it ships. Orders placed over the weekend will ship the following Tuesday. Please note that during product launches, high-volume periods, and holidays, processing and shipping times are not guaranteed and will likely be extended due to increased order volume.

What are my options for expedited shipping?

Great For Outdoor Play!
My friends and I just tried out these balls in windy conditions and we found they handled the wind well, had good weight, good visibility and a solid bounce.

100 pack ball - disappointing
I am SLK fan and always buy only SLK for paddle or balls and other accessories.. I do see vast differences between 4/12 ball pack vs 100 balls pack.. 4/12pack is durable and it sustained for a long play.. 100 pack balls are broken couple of games..

Fast and Reliable Play
I bought the 100 pack from the Black Friday sale and was really impressed. Had 2 drill and play sessions with them so far and I could tell that these balls will hold up better than the X40s. The Pro S1s play faster and every bounce felt true and reliable. Would definitely recommend these!

Pro S1 Balls Lose Shape Immediately
I bought a four pack of Pro S1 balls a week ago. I've played 3-4 sessions with the balls and they are already out of round. I registered them for the warranty immediately after buying them, but the warranty only covers cracked balls. I would not recommend the Pro S1 ball unless you want a ball that is only good for two or three days of play.
