WHAT IS IT?
The Selkirk LABS program launched as a way for dedicated players to test and influence the latest performance technology. Its participants, originally called LABS members, submit feedback on eligible LABS paddles. Selkirk’s R&D team uses these player insights to influence main paddle launches
WHAT’S CHANGING?
- The LABS program is changing as we introduce an all-new, optional membership program called Selkirk VIP.
- Selkirk VIP was created through customer feedback, offering exclusive perks and savings through an annual paid membership.
- New customers can no longer join the LABS program.
WHAT DOES THIS MEAN FOR EXISTING LABS MEMBERS?
Existing LABS members (customers who purchased an eligible LABS product and left feedback before October 15th, 2025), will continue to receive early access to select product launches through January 2027 at no cost.
Bonus Bucks will be given for submitting feedback on select products during certain eligibility windows (subject to change). Bonus Bucks for feedback applies to grandfathered-in LABS members and any customers who buy eligible products in the future.
What’s different?
- The LABS program will focus only on product feedback opportunities to influence Selkirk’s R&D.
- LABS is no longer a membership program where you can join to receive early access to product launches.
- New customers cannot join the LABS program.

The VIP program is an annual paid membership for players who want Selkirk’s most exclusive perks and discounts, plus early access to select product launches. It’s designed for dedicated players to get the most value out of their Selkirk experience.
WHAT'S NEXT?
- The Selkirk VIP program launches on January 22, 2026. Sign up for access to all the best perks and discounts.
- As an existing LABS member, you’ll continue to receive early access to select product launches through January 2027 at no cost.
- New customers leaving feedback will not gain membership to the LABS program.
