How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping via FedEx Ground takes approximately 5-7 days for delivery. For expedited shipping, there's a 1-2 business day processing time before it ships. Orders placed over the weekend will ship the following Tuesday. Please note that during product launches, high-volume periods, and holidays, processing and shipping times are not guaranteed and will likely be extended due to increased order volume.
What are my options for expedited shipping?
To optimize the customer experience according to individual needs, we offer expedited shipping through various carriers, selectable at checkout. Estimated shipping times, provided by carriers, are not guaranteed, and consequently, we cannot refund shipping charges if orders do not arrive within the estimated timeframe.
It's important to note that expedited shipping does not bypass the standard processing time required to ship an order. Please be aware that FedEx Express services, such as FedEx 2-day and FedEx Overnight, do not deliver on weekends or holidays.
US Return Policy
Unused items with original tags can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of being received. We will refund the original payment method. Returns showing wear or lacking tags will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. Please unbox products carefully to avoid damage.
International Return Policy
All items with original tags that have not been used, or altered can be returned for a full refund to the original method of payment or exchanged within 30 days of receiving your order. International customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please note that refunds are issued in the currency the order was originally placed in, regardless of fluctuations in exchange rate.

It’s a decent backpack for pickleball, but the shoulder straps need more padding. And the price is too high.

I’m a huge fan of this bag , as it holds everything like my court shoes, wallet, water bottle, paddle, extra balls etc. it’s very sturdy, and I like the backpack feature of it also.

The quality is great. The bag is bigger than I thought. It is a Over all it's a very nice bag. Bulky but having all the space is nice. I like that it stays upright when you set it down. This makes it much easier to use. It would have been nice if the inside pocket, that's against your back, were deeper. Paddels have to be turned at an angle to fit and the handle gets in the way of the zipper a bit. The bag still closes though. I see what some people were saying about the fence clip. It is too compact. If it were wider and or longer it would be better.
