In 2021, Edward Perez had just moved back home from college because of the pandemic and contacted his old tennis hitting partner to practice tennis. When they got to the courts, they were all taken by pickleball players. Edward loved seeing the fun and joy the players were having on the court, and immediately knew he had to try it out.

Since then, Edward has made a career of pickleball - in 2023, he turned pro and has been the head pickleball pro at a facility in Charlotte, NC. He is passionate about making people happy, smile, and be able to detach from the real world when playing pickleball!
