How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping via FedEx Ground takes approximately 5-7 days for delivery. For expedited shipping, there's a 1-2 business day processing time before it ships. Orders placed over the weekend will ship the following Tuesday. Love My Selkirk Gear
All my Selkirk gear -- my paddles, my bag, my clothing - is excellent. While this bag is a bit large for my needs, it's a great value so really no complaints.

Selkirk Bag needs Tweaks
I recently purchased the Srlkirk Team Bag pickleball backpack. The bag is roomy. The two pockets on the ourside large enough for a paddle. The zippered cellphone picket on top was too small for my phone to zipped in and the zippers are stiff. A little force is needed and it feels like it will beak if too much force is used. Another zippered picket on the front would be useful for small items like eyedrops, tylenol, chapstick. I don't think it has a strap for keys to attach too. The zipper and too small cell pocket are why I give it a 3 and not a five. Easy to fix on the next run.

Horrible experience horrible customer care
Horrible experience. My order was cancelled not to do because of me but because Selkirk over sold this product and when fedex arrived to pic up my order there was no product available and so my order was canceled after successful payment. I cannot begin to even express my frustration with Selkirk they are not a customer friendly company. I will be taking my business elsewhere. Selkirk you need to do better my experience was horrible and one of many this holiday season.

Good quality but...
The quality is solid. Bag is built well. Does not fit shoes well (size 11.5 barely fits) and with shoes in, paddle space inside is extremely limited. Top zipper is tough to close... hope that loosens with time.
