Order Lead Times
PLEASE NOTE: FedEx and USPS have suspended all service level guarantees for shipments from any origin to any destination because of the current pandemic.
Selkirk manufactures all premium paddles in our facility in Hayden, Idaho to ensure superior quality and performance. Because we manufacture paddles in the USA, we do not stock large quantities of finished goods (unlike Tennis brands who import their products and essentially serve as a distributor). Our shipping department ships all orders as soon as possible, but due to the nature of our paddles being made in our facility, not all orders ship the same day.
Business lead times are based on when we place an order in our system, which will generate an order confirmation. The lead time for orders to ship will start once an order confirmation is received. Orders sent to our internal dealer team or customer service before 2:00pm PT generally receive an order confirmation the same day. Orders sent after 2:00pm PT generally receive an order confirmation the next business day. If an order is placed through your Sales Rep, the 2pm PT cut off is based on when the Sales Rep submits the order to Selkirk.

Launch Lead Time for Orders:
Please expect longer than normal lead times throughout launches due to increased order volume.
Note that processing and shipping times may vary during product launches, high-volume periods, and holidays and are not guaranteed.
Standard Lead Times for Orders:
$0 - $1500 = 1-3 Business Days
$1501 - $3000 = 3-5 Business Days
$3000+ = 5-7 Business Days
Products with additional processing time:
If your order contains an item with an additional lead time, it will be noted in parentheses next to the item. This lead time is in addition to the standard lead times.
USPS Delays: USPS - We have seen a recent increase in delays with USPS shipments. Fortunately, this is impacting a small number of shipments. However, packages that are affected have seen up to a week delay over standard shipping times. Please be aware if you are placing an order that is time sensitive.
Other Exceptions:
Custom Weight & Grip paddles: Please add 2-3 additional business days processing time for orders with any custom paddles.
Even ONE custom paddle will impact the ship date of the ENTIRE order.
Every custom weight & grip paddle is made by request, which can add 2-3 days processing time to go through our manufacturing process.
Orders placed on Friday-Sunday: add 1 additional business day processing time.
This is due to the shipping department having 2-3 times the volume of orders to process on Mondays.
