How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping via FedEx Ground takes approximately 5-7 days for delivery. For expedited shipping, there's a 1-2 business day processing time before it ships. Orders placed over the weekend will ship the following Tuesday. Please note that during product launches, high-volume periods, and holidays, processing and shipping times are not guaranteed and will likely be extended due to increased order volume.

Unused items with original tags can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of being received. We will refund the original payment method. Returns showing wear or lacking tags will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. Please unbox products carefully to avoid damage.

I ordered these Hybrid balls for use indoor on a basketball wood floors. They are a nice heavy construction and play very nicely but when you get hard hitting groups using these balls, they do crack after 5-6 games as they are produced with a seem which is where they crack. I would say do not buy if you have various level players. Although they are liked for their nice weight.

Not worth at all. 2 hybrid balls cracked on my first drill. It’s poor construction. The line cementing the ball together is so visible and not smooth at all. That’s where it broke. I wish I can return it and exchange for the regular outside balls, and pay the difference..

I am a Coach Developer for the RSPA and travel around the Midwest doing pickleball certifications. I have to be prepared for all different courts and facilities, indoors, outdoors, gym floors, etc. These balls are perfect for every surface, easy to see, and accommodate all levels. If you need a ball for everything, this is the one.

I had high hopes for the SLK hybrid and bought a dozen knowing it would be used in our upcoming tournament. They have a good color, decent bounce and pop, at first. They start to split along the seams after a few games. Many start from the inside, so you don't see the split, you just see the ball having a dead spot mid rally, then it finally splits in half. 8 of the 12 balls were split in the first 8 sessions at the Y where our group plays. The tournament (450+ players) had similar results with the splitting and dead spots indicating it was starting to split. Each match many of us looked for ones where the SLK label had not worn off yet hoping a newer ball would play well. After my first review, on another site, Selkirk did send me 4 new balls, but of the 16, 3 are left after one month. If they fix the production issue with the seams, I expect it may be a good playable ball with good color. The only label on them is the inked SLK hybrid logo which wears off quickly leaving you with a ball which looks like many of the cheap knockoff outdoor balls some people bring into the Y. I recommend not buying these until the splitting is fixed.
