What is your return policy?
International Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. While we want you to love your gear, please note that for international orders, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
How it Works
- The Play Test: Feel free to take our paddles out on the court. We want you to be certain that they improve your game and fit your style of play.
- Other Gear: All other items (apparel, bags, accessories) must be returned in new/unused condition with original tags attached.
- Process: To begin your return and receive instructions on where to send your package, please access our Return Portal.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected at our facility, we will process your full refund or exchange. Please keep your tracking number, as we cannot be responsible for international shipments lost in transit. To initiate contact us at support-asia@selkirk.com to initiate the return process.
