Membership Basics & Eligibility
What is Selkirk VIP?
Selkirk VIP is an annual paid membership that provides exclusive perks such as Bonus Bucks, early access to launches, free shipping*, extended returns, free ball packs, and partner offers.
How much does Selkirk VIP cost?
Selkirk VIP costs $99 per year (for 2026), plus applicable taxes. Renewals are based on the current year’s annual price.
Is Selkirk VIP an annual or monthly membership?
Selkirk VIP is an annual membership and renews once per year unless canceled before renewal.
Is Selkirk VIP available outside the U.S.?
No. Selkirk VIP is currently available to U.S. residents only.
Can I buy Selkirk VIP as a gift for someone else?
No. VIP memberships are non-transferable and tied to the purchasing account.
Can I have more than one VIP Membership?
No. Each Selkirk account may hold one active VIP Membership.
Credits, Discounts, & Events
What are Bonus Bucks and how do they work?
VIP members receive $40 in Bonus Bucks upon enrollment:
- Issued immediately after sign-up
- Have no cash value
- Single-use and non-transferable
- Cannot be reinstated after expiration
- Expire after 1 year
What is the Birthday Discount Credit?
VIP members receive a $15 birthday discount credit:
- Issued on the first day of your birthday month
- Requires a minimum purchase of $35
- Expires at the end of your birthday month
- Single-use code
Are there standard VIP discounts on products?
Yes, Selkirk VIP does include a standing 10% discount on select products categories: footwear, apparel, accessories, and gear. Discount does not apply to paddles or gift cards.
VIP members may also receive deals on select products during Member Events, which:
- Occur at Selkirk’s discretion
- Vary in frequency
- Are announced in advance
Can VIP discounts or credits be stacked with other offers?
Credits or discounts may not be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
Product Access & Launches
Do VIP members get early access to product launches?
Yes. VIP members receive early access to select product launches. Timing and eligibility may vary by launch.
Free Gifts & Quarterly Balls
What is the VIP sign-up gift?
New VIP members receive a free sign-up gift, selected by Selkirk.
The specific item may change and is subject to availability.
How do the quarterly free ball packs work?
Selkirk VIP members are eligible for four (4) free 4-packs of pickleballs balls per year—one every 3 months.
How to Redeem: Simply place an order of $75 or more during the quarterly window, and the 4-pack will be added to your cart.
Eligibility Windows:
- Q1: Jan 1 – March 31
- Q2: April 1 – June 30
- Q3: July 1 – Sept 30
- Q4: Oct 1 – Dec 31
Important rules:
- Requires a minimum purchase of $75 in the same order
- Must be redeemed within the quarter
- Does not roll over if missed
- Added automatically at checkout when eligible
What if my free ball pack or gift is missing?

Shipping & Returns
What shipping benefits do VIP members receive?
VIP members receive free FedEx 2-day shipping* on U.S. orders over $55 and priority order processing. Delivery timelines may vary due to holidays, weather, or carrier delays. Nets, 100-packs of balls, ball carriers, and ball blockers are excluded. Not available in Hawaii or Alaska.
What is the VIP return policy?
VIP members receive a 45-day return window on eligible products, subject to Selkirk’s standard return policy.
What happens if I return an item purchased with Bonus Bucks or a discount?
Refunds reflect the amount paid after discounts.
Bonus Bucks used on returned items are not reissued.
Cancellations & Refunds
Can I cancel my VIP Membership?
Yes. You may cancel at any time through your Selkirk account or by contacting Customer Support.
Do I get a refund if I cancel?
No. Membership fees are non-refundable, and no prorated refunds are provided.
What happens to my benefits if I cancel?
You’ll retain access to all VIP benefits through the end of your paid membership term.
Renewals & Billing
Does Selkirk VIP automatically renew?
Yes. VIP Memberships automatically renew annually at the then-current rate unless canceled before renewal.
Will I be notified before renewal?
Yes. Selkirk will send renewal reminder notifications in advance of your renewal date.
What happens if my renewal payment fails?
If your payment method is declined:
- Selkirk may attempt to process the charge again
- Membership benefits may be temporarily suspended
- If payment cannot be completed, your membership will end at the close of the current term
Can Selkirk change the membership price?
Yes. Selkirk may change the membership fee for future terms and will provide at least 30 days’ notice before renewal if pricing changes.
Partner Benefits
What are partner perks?
Partner perks may include special discounts or offers from third-party brands.
Are partner perks guaranteed?
No. Partner perks are not guaranteed and may change or be discontinued at any time.
What if a partner perk doesn’t work?
Partner perks are fulfilled by third parties. Selkirk is not responsible for fulfillment, but Customer Support can help direct you.
LABS, Advocates & Other Selkirk Programs
How is Selkirk VIP different from LABS?
Selkirk VIP is a paid membership program. LABS is a product innovation and feedback program. The two are separate.
Do Advocates get VIP membership for free?
No. Advocates may join Selkirk VIP but must pay for membership. Advocate benefits remain separate.
