For orders placed on, we offer a 30-day hassle free return/exchange policy.* If you are within 30-days of when the paddle arrived at your door, please contact support at for a return or exchange authorization.

* Some exclusions may apply, check product details. All Selkirk paddles, come with a 30-day hassle free return policy.

Abuse: Paddles that show signs of abuse are not eligible for a return/exchange.

Orders Placed with an Authorized Reseller

For orders placed with a Selkirk authorized reseller, please contact the authorized reseller for their return policy. Orders with authorized resellers are not covered under the return policy. 

Warranty Claims

If your Selkirk paddle has a manufacturer defect, it is covered under our lifetime warranty* whether purchased from or an authorized reseller. Please visit to understand what is covered to contact support about your warranty request. We may request a picture of the issue for verification.

* Recreational paddles, the NEO and Latitude, come with a 1-year warranty against manufacturer defects.

Wholesale Orders

Generally, wholesale orders, including drop ship orders, are not eligible for a return. If there are special circumstances, you may request wholesale order return exception for new merchandise; returns in such cases are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
