Return Policy for Retail Orders

For paddle orders placed on, we offer a 30-day hassle free return/exchange policy.* If you are within 30-days of when the paddle arrived at your door, please contact support at for a return or exchange authorization.

* Some exclusions may apply, check product details. All Selkirk paddles, come with a 30-day hassle free return policy.

Abuse: Paddles that show signs of abuse are not eligible for a return/exchange.

Warranty Claims

If your Selkirk paddle has a manufacturer defect, it is covered under our lifetime warranty* whether purchased from or an authorized reseller. Please visit to understand what is covered to contact support about your warranty request. We may request a picture of the issue for verification.

* Recreational paddles, the NEO and Latitude, come with a 1-year warranty against manufacturer defects.

Orders Placed with an Authorized Reseller

For orders placed with a Selkirk authorized reseller, please contact the authorized reseller for their return policy. Orders with authorized resellers are not covered under the return policy. 

Wholesale Orders

Generally, wholesale orders, including drop ship orders, are not eligible for a return. If there are special circumstances, you may request wholesale order return exception for new merchandise; returns in such cases are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

When ordering retail on, if your new Selkirk paddle does not improve your game in 30 days, send it back for a full refund! We will even pay for return shipping!
