How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping via FedEx Ground takes approximately 5-7 days for delivery. For expedited shipping, there's a 1-2 business day processing time before it ships. Orders placed over the weekend will ship the following Tuesday. Note that processing and shipping times may vary during product launches, high-volume periods, and holidays and are not guaranteed.
What are my options for expedited shipping?
To optimize the customer experience according to individual needs, we offer expedited shipping through various carriers, selectable at checkout. Estimated shipping times, provided by carriers, are not guaranteed, and consequently, we cannot refund shipping charges if orders do not arrive within the estimated timeframe.
It's important to note that expedited shipping does not bypass the standard processing time required to ship an order. Please be aware that FedEx Express services, such as FedEx 2-day and FedEx Overnight, do not deliver on weekends or holidays.
US Return Policy
Unused items with original tags can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of being received. We will refund the original payment method. Returns showing wear or lacking tags will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. Please unbox products carefully to avoid damage.
International Return Policy
All items with original tags that have not been used, or altered can be returned for a full refund to the original method of payment or exchanged within 30 days of receiving your order. International customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please note that refunds are issued in the currency the order was originally placed in, regardless of fluctuations in exchange rate.
These umbrellas are the best I've had. I purchased 6 of them and gave several away as gifts. They are big, so they are great for blocking the sun or the rain. The auto-open functionality is really nice as well, with the press of a button they open smooth and fast. They just feel high quality. For the size and quality, you will not find umbrellas like this for a better price.

Much bigger than I anticipated. It’s has golf umbrella vibes. It also comes with an umbrella sleeve and strap which is convenient. The print job on the logos are high end, the interior construction is solid and it opens and closes via a well made and responsive button on the handle. Like all umbrellas is collapses and wraps via a Velcro strap. I only purchased one black umbrella for $20 and that seemed like a steal for the money.
