    1. Like the XL's Similar Weight & Feel To MY Tennis Racket

      By John March 16, 2017

I just started playing pickle ball this winter at our local YMCA. As a longtime tennis player, I was looking for a paddle that felt similar to my tennis racket. After demoing four of your Selkirk paddles, I chose the 200P
Polymer Composite XL. With it's standard grip, wide face, hefty weight and good feel, it reminded me of my tennis racket but smaller. Very sorry to hear the 200P L & XL models are being discontinued. Can't you just manufacture a newer version? Classics never go out of style! They just get upgraded. I've bought the same, but newer model, of tennis racket from Wilson for many years. If the Omni were heavier, and had a standard grip, I'm sure I'd like that paddle too, especially with its longer reach, which would certainly help my senior legs get closer to the ball (:

    2. Great Weight and Control For Me!

      By Jeremy August 23, 2016

I use heavy paddles, I've tried many different paddles and i keep coming back to the high 8's . This one is my favorite! It has the control of a lighter paddle, but i can still put them away, and it's priced well too! I love the standard grip. It just feels right. If you try this paddle, you won't be disappointed if you like a slightly heavier paddle. If not, one of the other ones should be good too since the quality is top notch.

    3. Power and control

      By Kevin January 31, 2016

I needed a paddle that wasn't weak around the edges and had more consistent power. Have been playing with the Selkirk 200P-XL and love it so far. It's a bit heavier but was surprised how easily I was able to get use to hitting the soft shots. Thinking of trying the L model as well so I can try a little lighter paddle. Give them a try, you won't be disappointed. KB

    4. How sweet it is! Power and control!

      By Bob J. January 31, 2016

WOW what a paddle! The Selkirk 200P XL composite is the fifth paddle that I have purchased and is absolutely the sweetest racket I have ever hit with. The power and control required for tournament play are both combined in this racket. Company literature cannot begin to describe its feel and control. I could have saved myself a lot of time and money if only I had discovered the Selkirk paddles first. As soon as I finish this review I am going to purchase the Selkirk 200A XL so I can see the difference between the two. If you can find a friend with either paddle, I recommend asking if you may hit with it because you will be as convinced as I am that this is "The Paddle."

    5. Perfect paddle for me

      By Roger J. January 31, 2016

I play with a lot of guys and we are always trying out paddles. I found this paddle to be perfect for me. Not too light and not heavy or bulky. Awesome for power hits and pretty good for soft shots. Excellent balance I think. Not the best paddle if your game is all about spin though but good enough.
